Elite Software Suite offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. This policy applies to first-time customers who have not previously received a refund from Elite Software Suite.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within 30 days of your initial subscription date
  • Have used the service for less than 10% of your subscription period
  • Not have violated our Terms of Service
  • Provide a valid reason for the refund request

5. Non-Refundable Items
